Pernell’s logo had come from another designer, and he came to me wanting a more dynamic and eye-catching layout for his direct mail pieces and palm cards. I already had experience creating an entire political package, so building print material that Pernell’s voter base would connect with was my main focus.
Pernell wanted to show that he was a military veteran, had a degree in social work, and was an advocate for the community. I made sure to keep these as the main highlights of his pieces.
RESULTS
Pernell was so satisfied with the direct mailers and palm cards I created to align his voter base with his mission as a candidate that he came back to me for imagery for his Facebook page.
I was happy to create a beautiful banner that would emphasize his environmental focus in his campaign and a sleek and professional profile photo that would look perfect in Facebook’s circle profile icons across the platform.
He felt empowered to interact with his voter base and confident that his message was conveyed as intended.
