OBJECTIVE

Create A Logo

Planetspeak Astrology is an astrologer brand I came up with for myself during lockdown in 2020. I wanted a brand image that showcased what’s called a Sabian Symbol for the degree of the zodiac that is my natal Sun placement (4°-5° Aries).

Make Daily Instagram Content

I got some great experience using Canva to create a cohesive brand image for my astrologer account on Instagram.

PROCESS

The Sabian Symbol I wanted to use for my logo is called A Triangle With Wings. I wasn’t set on this image in the beginning, but I was excited to try to make a logo that would incorporate the elements of the symbol.

After I made the solid color version, I added a bit of golden-yellow for a more dynamic look.

RESULTS

After the logo was complete, I started making daily astrology forecast content on the brand’s Instagram.

This project was a great opportunity for me to get some experience using Canva, which I found to be a very straight-forward and easy to use website/app for generating content using free assets, paid assets, with the option to upload your own.
